Our return promise

We want you to love what you buy from Kitch Clever. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• •Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• •Be unused and in their original condition.
• •Be in their original packaging with all accessories.
• •Have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to start a return

Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

We'll reply with a return shipping label and instructions. Pack the items securely and drop off the package as directed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, start a return as above and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get what you need without waiting on stock.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective:

• •Personal-care and food-contact items that have been opened or used.
• •Gift cards.
• •Items marked final sale.

Return shipping costs

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer covers return shipping. If the item was wrong, damaged, or defective, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
